Hey guys! I’m back with another review with Justine from Justine’s words that stick!

We’re huge on Christmas traditions (really any traditions) around here, so it’s no surprise that I turned to Justine for all our custom one of a kind holiday needs, she made us this custom Christmas ornament of our 2019 family photo, And Raiden’s first Christmas!! I love it, it’s a perfect representation of our personality as a family! It’ll most definitely hang on our Christmas tree for years to come & most likely become one of THOSE embarrassing ornaments as Raiden grows. (I don’t mind that one bit!)

I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have her make one every year, yeah I’m THAT mom & super proud of it! 

It’s almost September, Is it still too soon to break out the tree??! I mean 2020 has been insane so I say I should get a free pass on this one! Who’s with me?!

lets get real #momtalk

Buckle up! It’s time for some real #momtalk

Before you pass judgment on me for looking like a psycho checking every label at the grocery store maybe you should remind yourself that you don’t know everyone’s story for example, I bet you didn’t think of those people who suffer from serious food allergies other than peanuts. MY kids just happen to be allergic to the PROTEIN in cows milk and the DYES added to foods.
My son who is the farthest from a picky eater I’ve ever seen is going through a serious independence stage where he will only eat things he can feed himself comfortably. We’re also dealing with major teething, growth spurts, and texture awareness on top of his allergy
His sister is a baby who shares the same allergy. Her entire existence is sustained by me through our breastfeeding journey and guess what that means.. what they can’t have, I can’t have!
This will most likely out last our time breastfeeding too because I am the biggest supporter of my children.  I have gone out of my way to find meals, treats, and restaurants that can accommodate them and now, myself.
It’s not easy but they’re more than worth it so if you must judge me at-least understand why you’re judging us.

Custom shirt product review!

I’m back at it again with another reason to love Justine’s words that stick! These shirts are INCREDIBLE.. let me go in on a backstory here.. yes I had her make two shirts for me which one I wear depends on the crowd I’m in. Sure traditionally husband & wife shirts are sold in pairs to match but depending on who you ask I’m someone’s wife but to others I’m wifey- a sarcastically originated comment, turned term of endearment.
Now that you’re all caught up on why there’s three let me tell you how much we love them.. ALOT
you’d think it’d be hard to capture such personality in something so seemingly simple but she’s managed to do it YET AGAIN. SURPRISED?.. I’m not!
I couldn’t capture my own photos to rightfully do her work justice but she exceeded all expectations again!
The vinyl won’t crack and these shirts will last a long long time. There’s no overwhelming smell like some custom items I’ve received which is a total plus because nobody wants to walk around smelling like chemicals even after wash.
Speaking of wash, they do it well (I crack myself up, sometimes.)
If you can dream it she can do it I suggest you reach out! Y’all know where to find her! Go get some gear you won’t be disappointed!

I’m back.. but as Tator mama of 2.

I apologize for my recent absence. Between the coronavirus pandemic and my high risk pregnancy getting much more difficult I took time to focus on myself and my family in much needed ways.

I have safely and successfully delivered our beautiful daughter sawyer 9 days ago on 6/18/20 healthy, beautiful and precious. we are home with big brother and skeeter and I couldn’t be more proud to be their parents. thank you all for your understanding. please be sure to look for lots of fun exciting reviews coming soon as I adjust to having a heart twice the size thanks to my babies but time that unfortunately doesn’t grow.

As I write this I ask myself if there’s anything this woman can’t do.. the answer is probably no.. or at least very few!
We all know there’s epoxy & custom decal tumblers that can be made to order & some look incredible but did you know you could have a custom printed water bottle??! I didn’t before I met Justine but let me tell you this thing is so much better than you can imagine. It’s definitely an epic statement piece that belongs in anyone’s favorite drink wear collection whether it’s for use, display or both!
I want to take this bottle everywhere I go.
It’s unique, cleanly designed, durable and priceless to me because it showcases something incredibly important to me. There’s no denying who this bottle belongs to and to top it off it’s really easy to keep clean!
What are you waiting for? I know my content is amazing but you seriously need to go get yourself one now! You won’t regret it… but your friends might be super Jealous! (They will.)

Justine’s words that stick custom embroidered Easter basket product review.

I recently partnered with a wonderful Home school mom Justine, business owner of justine’s words that stick!
Not only is she beyond sweet her creative talents are bar none!
I was blessed with the opportunity to review an embroidered and yes I said embroidered Easter basket for her and I’ve gotta say, I’ve reviewed a lot of items.. ALOT quite a few of which never actually made it in front of you guys on the blog because quality didn’t live up to expectations but this basket DEFINITELY DOES!
As you may have guessed I’m a huge sucker for traditions and this Easter basket is one tradition I know my daughter will carry with her for years to come as we celebrate the Easter holiday festivities.
I’ve seen a lot of embroidery.. most leave so much to be desired but the quality of my daughter’s beautifully embroidered name surpassed all expectations I could’ve had.
These baskets are deep, sturdy and spacious. You cannot go wrong!
There’s so much up this creative gals’ sleeve I doubt anyone could put an idea in front of her that she couldn’t pull off, I so look forward to working with her more in the future and continuing to bring you guys the impeccable product reviews you crave I absolutely love showcasing people’s talents and giving others the opportunity to shop small and support dreams.

The cold hard truth..

I can’t pause my pregnancy to ride out the covid19 pandemic, I have begged, pleaded & prayed that this would all be over by now.. but with just 74 days to go before I welcome my daughter, I mourn the death of a dream.
The dream of having my loved ones by my side after my surgery, the dream of announcing her name to the world with a hospital door sign, the dream of having hospital newborn and family photos taken.
I mourn the dream of giving birth to at least one of my children with any kind of normalcy.
Now, instead of preparing with excitement I prepare hesitantly knowing that if she needs the nicu for any reason no one, not even her father & myself will be permitted to be with her at all which as many of you may remember would be vastly different than our sons 11 day nicu stay last year..
I’ll never get this time back.
I don’t get to redo my daughters birth.
I am bitter this virus has cheated me out of so much, I am afraid for my children, I am filled with guilt from the dread I feel having to leave my son and not seeing him until I return home and I feel guilty for dreading her arrival even in such uncertainty.
Make no mistake, I love my children and I know how incredibly blessed I am to have them especially after the journey we faced to get to them but my heart still breaks for what I wish could’ve been.. no mother should face this.
Today I choose thankful positivity, I may not have control over anything else but I will prepare for her with great faith instead of all consuming fear.

We thank you all for your continued support even through setbacks like major technical difficulties and practicality starting from scratch. I work very hard to bring you high quality content and skeeter does everything he can to keep your site experience a smooth one, with that being said, I have decided to expand my horizons and bring you more diverse content. Along with what we have always brought to you I may be adding more adult oriented product reviews if the opportunity presents itself. These reviews will be housed on their own pages and should never appear on the main feed in an effort to keep this site friendly for all visitors. all reviews will as always be kept as pg13 as possible. Cherished custom creations: The Review.

Cherished custom creations: custom headband and name reveal bodysuits review.

The bodysuit design is beautiful and very well done. I have no doubt these outfits will outlast her time in that size and hold up well in her shadow box.

The headband is PERFECTION!
The monogram stands out so boldly and beautifully on the extremely soft purple headband fabric and is fit for a girl of any age.
I’m blessed to say my daughter has a wonderful village of people around her that pour so much love into what they create because they play a huge role in making her arrival even more momentous for us.
